MORE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FILTERING THROUGH FOR LOCAL TIME

We’re well into November, and that slippery slide to Christmas just keeps going faster.  Over the past couple of weeks, I have been given some more great feedback from readers of Local Time.

Did you know that it’s been ‘clinically tested and proven’ that reading Local Time is good for your heart…it lowers high blood pressure?!

It’s true!

I was told this last week by a local bloke by the name of Ken who has high blood pressure.  (Ken is the 2nd male I know of to read Local Time…everyone else I’m aware of who has read it have been women (and in this world of multi-choice sexual orientation…I mean absolutely no offence to the GLBTI communities.)

Ken said, and I quote,  “My BP goes back to normal when I read Local Time.  I like how your characters call a spade a spade.  That doctor’s receptionist didn’t mince her words when she told Percy where to go.  Very entertaining!”

Ken is 2/3 the way through Local Time, so he’s got some more fun ahead to read.  I’ll be keen to hear his thoughts when he finishes.

That’s the fun thing about writing a book – the author knows what the reader is in for.  And when I think about the fun, laugh-out-loud humour in Local Time, the tender romance, the gritty, take-no-prisoners drama, the surprises and OMG moments…I grin as I wait to hear more comments.

So far, readers have enjoyed it.  So that tells me, I’ve ‘got it right’.  Grab a ‘script for good health and get your copy of Local Time, and when you’re done reading…please leave a review.   As Clementine says, this would be MOST pleasant.

Until next time…

Happy reading!
